Job Description
Seeking 2 Chefs to prepare daily meals for workers at a construction camp in Belize. Responsibilities include cooking main meals and side dishes, following menus set by the Head Chef, maintaining hygiene, and assisting with food stock management.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience
Ability to cook a variety of dishes
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work under the direction of the Head Chef
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
