Job Description
Seeking 18 skilled formwork and carpentry workers to erect, assemble, and strip concrete formwork systems for structural elements including columns, beams, slabs, and walls on active construction sites in Costa Rica.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 2 years formwork/carpentry experience
Knowledge of structural formwork systems
Ability to read construction drawings
Experience with various wood and metal form systems
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
