Job Description
Seeking 6 decorators for interior finishing work on a construction project in Costa Rica. Responsibilities include wall and ceiling finishing, installing fixtures and fittings, and coordinating with other trades to deliver high-quality interior decoration.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 3 years interior decoration experience
Knowledge of various finishing materials and techniques
Ability to work precisely and neatly
Experience with fixtures, fittings, and trims
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
