Job Description
Seeking 14 general logistics workers to support construction site operations in Costa Rica. Duties include material handling, loading and unloading, site clean-up, tool distribution, and general site assistance to all departments.

Requirements
Physical fitness for manual labor
Willingness to perform various support tasks
Good teamwork attitude
Basic site safety awareness
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
