Job Description
Seeking 8 experienced scaffolding workers to erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures on construction sites in Saint Lucia. Must ensure scaffolding is safe, stable, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 2 years scaffolding experience
Knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations
Ability to work at height
Scaffolding certification preferred
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
