Job Description
Seeking 8 experienced tile workers for installation of ceramic, porcelain, and magnetic tiles on floors and walls in a construction project in Saint Lucia. Duties include surface preparation, tile cutting, adhesive application, grouting, and finishing.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 3 years tile installation experience
Proficiency with tile cutting equipment
Knowledge of different adhesive and grout types
Attention to pattern alignment and finishing quality
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
