Job Description
Seeking 2 Dormitory Administrators to manage worker accommodation facilities on a construction project in Saint Lucia. Responsibilities include room assignments, maintaining cleanliness, resolving resident issues, and enforcing dormitory rules.

Requirements
Experience in facility or accommodation management
Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Organized and responsible
Ability to handle maintenance requests efficiently
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
