Job Description
Seeking an Assistant Chef to support the Head Chef in preparing meals for a construction project camp in Saint Lucia. Duties include food preparation, cooking assistance, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years cooking experience
Knowledge of food hygiene standards
Ability to follow recipes and chef instructions
Willingness to work in a team kitchen environment
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
