Job Description
Seeking 2 Construction Supervisors to manage and direct construction crews on site in Belize. Responsible for overseeing daily work activities, enforcing safety protocols, quality control, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.
Criteria
Requirements
Minimum 5 years construction supervision experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of construction safety regulations
Ability to read construction drawings
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
