Job Description
Seeking 1 Safety Assistant to support the safety officer in promoting and enforcing health and safety standards on a construction site in Costa Rica. Duties include conducting safety inspections, accident reporting, safety briefings, and PPE distribution.

Requirements
Knowledge of construction site safety regulations
First aid certification preferred
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to conduct safety inspections and audits
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
