Job Description
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of a major construction project in Saint Lucia. Responsible for planning, scheduling, budget management, team leadership, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Criteria
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 8 years construction project management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project or similar)
Experience managing large teams (50+ workers)
Valid passport required
Medical fitness certificate required
8 days off per month
5 working days/week (Mon–Fri); Sat & Sun off
Overtime pay: 150% of base salary
Food & accommodation provided
Salary increase of 10% after 3 months
Performance & Skill Bonus eligible
